Over the years, I reviewed thousands of CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and I saw first-hand how many talented people were underselling themselves on paper or struggling to communicate their value with confidence.

That’s ultimately why I created TaylorMade Careers. I wanted to build something more personal, honest and supportive than the typical recruitment experience—a service that helps people present themselves professionally while still feeling authentic to who they are.

As someone who has worked inside recruitment for years, I understand how hiring really works behind the scenes.
