I’ve spent the past decade working in recruitment, speaking with people at every stage of their careers. Over the years, I reviewed thousands of CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and I saw first-hand how many talented people were underselling themselves on paper or struggling to communicate their value with confidence.

That’s ultimately why I created TaylorMade Careers. I wanted to build something more personal, honest and supportive than the typical recruitment experience a service that helps people present themselves professionally while still feeling authentic to who they are.

As someone who has worked inside recruitment for years, I understand how hiring really works behind the scenes. I know what recruiters notice, what hiring managers respond to, and what genuinely helps people stand out in a competitive market. My goal is to combine that industry insight with a thoughtful, tailored approach that helps people move forward with more clarity and confidence in their careers.

Outside of work, I’m also a mum to two boys, and creating this business gave me the opportunity to build a career around family life while doing something I genuinely love. That balance has shaped the way I work; personal, flexible, supportive and centred around real people, not just job titles.
